Outside of the tracks, extra surveys can be added to a specific patient.

  * Go to patients in the navigation bar
  * Select the patient by clicking on it
  * press '**__Surveys__**'
  * Find the survey you want to add
  * Press '**__Add__**'
  * Fill out al the necessary information
  * press '**__Add Survey__**'
