  * Go to 'Track Compliance'
  * Select your track and organisation
  * Use any other data to filter the results
  * Look up your patient by using the patient number

  * Go to 'Overview' in the navigation bar on the left
  * Go to 'By patient'
  * Select your track
  * Search by any patient information (name, birthday, patient number etc.)
