Outside of the tracks, extra surveys can be added to a specific patient.

• Go to patients in the navigation bar
• Select the patient by clicking on it
• press 'Surveys'
• Find the survey you want to add
• Press 'Add'
• Fill out al the necessary information
• press 'Add Survey'
