This page is intended for the people who attend the GemsTracker meetings. We will keep the schedule of meetings here and this page will also house the agenda and decision list.
There will be three kinds of planned meetings:

• Release planning: where technique, requirements and strategy meet, every 16 weeks
• Project forum: new and current projects, implementation issues, resources, trainings, every 16 weeks
• Technical camp: programmers delight, every 8 weeks

Unplanned meetings (usually technical walk-in) can be every week on Thursday.
The planned schedule is one meeting every 4 weeks, order: P - T - R - T.
Urgent matters on any topic can occur every meeting (like discussing a new release in the Project forum).

Please add new (planned) meetings to the top of the list.
